Shipping & Delivery Policy

BIGYAWN primarily ships within the United States. While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated delivery windows shown at checkout, shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier operations and logistics conditions.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Delivery timeframes depend on the destination region, carrier routing, and seasonal shipping volumes.

Estimated Transit Times

Most domestic US orders arrive within approximately 3–4 business days after shipment. This is the standard delivery window for the majority of orders.

However, customers should note that shipping carriers may occasionally require additional transit time. In some cases, delivery may take up to approximately 15–18 days depending on carrier routing, regional conditions, weather events, or network congestion. These timeframes fall within normal shipping variability.

Extended transit times are not considered lost shipments.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. These may include severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, regional carrier delays, or high shipment volumes. Weather events such as winter storms, ice, flooding, or other natural occurrences commonly impact shipping networks and may extend delivery times.

We appreciate your patience and understanding when these situations arise.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, order processing and carrier delivery times may also be extended. BIGYAWN continues to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but additional transit time should be expected during these periods.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. BIGYAWN is not liable for delays caused by carrier operations, weather conditions, or other logistical factors beyond our control.

Refunds are not issued for shipping delays that fall within standard carrier transit variability.

If tracking confirms that a shipment was not successfully delivered or was lost in transit, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue where appropriate.

IMPORTANT:

BIGYAWN is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details.

Packages returned to sender are not eligible for refunds. Reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.
